This report shows facilities determined to be SNCs (also called “SNY”) without a subsequent “SNN” (meaning, no longer SNC) determination where no “formal” enforcement action has been issued. The report shows the most recent SNY determination and the number of days elapsed since the most recent SNY determination. The report also shows hazardous waste activities occurring at each facility (universe information).
