List of PACE ME Reports

The following PACE ME reports are available for viewing and printing.  The reports are in Portable Document Format (PDF).  Users will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on their computers to access the reports.  Additional details for each report can be found by clicking on the link that corresponds to the reports listed below.  Each PDF includes a complete description of the report (including definitions of data elements, enforcement codes, acronyms and abbreviations).

Please note: The PACE ME reports exclude enforcement sensitive activities.  These activities are defined as judicial referrals, state to EPA referrals and criminal actions where a final penalty has not been assessed.  Please also note that RCRAInfo contains no confidential business information (CBI) of any kind; therefore, PACE ME reports generated from RCRAInfo contain no CBI.

·         Compliance Summary: This report shows the compliance summary for facilities having enforcement actions.  The report lists the date of the enforcement action, the violations that were addressed, and any final penalty amount assessed.

·         Enforcement Action Report: This report provides a complete list of enforcement activities that were a result of violations detected during compliance inspections. In addition, final penalty information is provided.

·         Facilities Not Inspected Report: This report identifies facilities that have not been inspected since a specified date.

·         Significant Non-Compliers (SNC) Without Subsequent Formal Enforcement Action: This report shows facilities determined to be SNCs (also called “SNY”) without a subsequent “SNN” (meaning, no longer SNC) determination where no “formal” enforcement action has been issued. The report shows the most recent SNY determination and the number of days elapsed since the most recent SNY determination. The report also shows hazardous waste activities occurring at each facility (universe information).

·         Timely and Appropriate Report: This report shows all evaluations that discovered violations and determines if proper enforcement is being conducted in a timely and appropriate manner.

·         Violations and Enforcement Actions: This report provides a complete list of violations detected during compliance inspections and the resulting enforcement actions taken.

·         Violations Out of Compliance Report: This report provides a list of violations detected during compliance inspections that have not returned to full physical compliance.
