Contact the Kentucky Division of Waste Management if you have a complaint about an illegal dump or hazardous waste disposal. A toll-free number (888 NO-DUMPS) is available statewide to report illegal dumping activities. You can call the division complaints coordinator at 502-564-6716, e-mail waste@ky.gov or contact a regional office.
You do not have to tell us who you are or where you live. However, without this information the division staff cannot contact you for follow-up questions and to let you know the outcome of the complaint.
