General Requirements
Certain regulations apply to all waste management facilities. These regulations are contained in:

While the bulk of the broad requirements are contained in regulations, Chapter 224 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes (specifically, subchapters 1, 10, and 40) contains definitions and some standards applicable to all or certain types of waste management facilities.
